As we were leaving to run errands this morning, I spotted this little fellow in the tree outside our house. After letting out a joyful shriek, I snapped a few pics and continued on my way. I used this one because I love the profile of the bird and his little red beak. Even though the background was already muted, I made it black and white to bring our his bright color. For such a cold, gloomy day, this guy really brightened it up for me.
